IBM Design onboarding

IBM Design's New Hire experience is managed and maintained by only 2-3 people. Their bandwidth had reached capacity and they could no longer provide the support new hire's need to perform at a high level going into their first day.

Maelstrom website

Lacking both a web and content presence, IBM's premier internship was losing top candidates to competitors like Google and Facebook. The goal was to attract, engage, and convert high-value candidates for the Maelstrom internship (as early as one year in advance).
