This project was unique from the outset. I did very little traditional design work (visual design, wireframing, gui)  and instead worked on both internal and external facing problems by focusing on service design, team operating systems, integration documentation, data reporting visuals, test result presentations, sales, and roadmapping.


This work is still very much NDA protected, but I'm trying very hard to wrangle away at least a little bit of it to showcase. The reason it's being protected so heavily is because of Return Path's storied and cutthroat history with its primary competitor 250ok.
